2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment:
If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
Cancellation After Shipment:
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return once the order is delivered.
3. Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Note:If the product is not available then your payment will be refunded.
Process for Returns:

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please take a video while opening the packet and send it to us on email info@ssrme.com we will contact you after approval.
If approved, 30% of your return will be deducted and if the product is damaged, then after inspection the amount will be deducted as per the damage and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
